Valeria Careddu – Terra Aspera, l’isola cancellata

In 1885, the inhabitants of Asinara were forced to abandon their homes to make room for a lazaretto and a prison. From that exodus Stintino was born, but the pain suffered silenced every story, leaving the true history submerged in silence. In opposition to this void, Agostino Schiaffino, also a descendant of the displaced, undertakes a search among the fragments of the past to snatch the truth from oblivion. “Terra Aspera” is the redemption of a memory erased by grief.
