Gabriele Maruotti – CATHARSIS

A goblin, stuck in a game of Scrabble, undergoes a hallucinogenic experience upon coming into contact with a plant in his garden. CATHARSIS is an experimental short film—a psychedelic journey where space and time are brought into question. 3D, AI, motion, and sound design intertwine not as an end in themselves, but as a language: artistic practice becomes knowledge when technique remains at the service of thought.
