CONCEPT / SYNOPSIS OF THE WORK
Bread, an agrilogistical apparatus of anthropocentric control, establishes oppressive socio-environmental hierarchies. Mold dismantles this imposed form, restoring political agency to dominated matter. Food phobias manifest as an ironic nemesis: the rejection of wheat expresses a somatized anxiety toward the human program, revealing the failure of control and imposing a symbiotic, unsettling, and inevitable coexistence.
