CONCEPT / SYNOPSIS OF THE WORK
Di astri e congiunzioni is an attempt to give shape to desire, bridging the gap between what is dreamed and what is awaited to become real. Like exercises in dreamlike extension, it alters the perception of the conscious mind. The technical approach features a black-and-white narrative, utilizing a transparent, perforated lens attached to a 24mm objective mounted on a digital camera body. The photographs were taken while traveling through the state of Maine and in New York in 2025.
