CONCEPT / SYNOPSIS OF THE WORK
Tertium non datur explores what escapes the categories of the human and its opposite. In flash-lit night photographs, the artist’s body transforms into an ambiguous presence, somewhere between animal, myth, and instinct. Enclosed in a small slide viewer, the images appear as fragments of an underground and uncanny world, inviting the viewer to look inside the shadow from which the excluded “third” emerges.
