CONCEPT / SYNOPSIS OF THE WORK
Sweet Cage belongs to a series of brutalist-inspired architectures that, stripped of their residential function, transform into cages. Windows that let light in without returning it evoke a condition of imprisonment. The work reflects on the contradictions of the consumerist model and the progressive detachment from nature, suggesting a future in which the home can no longer represent a refuge.
